Hey Guys! Sorry for adding one more Blog about Weightloss! But I want to Help! Because it has been so hard for me! There is no one way of loosing weight and there is also no one way of not gaining it back. But what i will be talking about in my blog is how i am loosing Weight. There is a Few things which Helped me alot and which one needs to start a Diet:
1. Most Important one is time. You will need time to make your meals. You will need time to do sports. If you think you dont have time then find time. The time you give up now for dieting and a healthylifetime you will be grateful you took the time when you are 80 and stil top fit.
2. A Body Mass Index calculator this is a good tool to show you where you are standing at now and later to motivated you to get one step lower. Here a link to good BMI calculator because there is many bad ones around.
3. "Shape Up" this is not a must but it Helped me very much. This FREE Iphone app which calculates how many calories you should be eating to sustain your weight. then it asks you how much you want to loose per week and then it tells how many calories you can eat per day. You note down everything you eat and it tells you how many calories you have eaten and also what it is divided up in (protien, carbohydrate, fat). So yea this app is great.
4. Bodyfat scale. This is also not a must but it also helped me greatly. It kept me motivated because often when one is not loosing weight one is still loosing fat and gaining Muscle which is perfect. this is shown in a bodyfat scale and not in a normal scale.
5. You dont need money to do sport just run, walk, jog and do exercises with things you have around you. Of course weightlifting and cardiovascular work out in the fitness center are also good but not neccesary!
6. You will need to know many clever Recipes which will help you trick your body. In the next few days and weeks ill be giving you these on this blog.
7. A concept! ill be telling you how i lost weight. This is a mixture of fresh,organic and local product consumption, calorie counting and low carb. Sounds weird but it works!
